Memories are fragile. When someone passes away, only their memories told to, or experienced by others, remain. These memories are always different than their origin since others do not experience the memory as the person did in the moment it was created. But what if you could be in someone’s memory, reliving the moment as if it happened right now. In this VR experience the past becomes the present. Submerge yourself in a mind full of memories. A mind full of sounds, images and stories once experienced by the body it inhabits.
This VR experience is based upon the memories of my 87 year old neighbour. I asked him to describe and tell me about four memories that have had a big impact on his life. These four memories became the base of the VR experience.
